Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Lineman and Skills Camp

A full refund (less credit card processing fee) will be issued if the cancellation is made at least 7 days before the start of the first session / camp. No refunds will be issued once the camp has started, even if the participant misses one or more sessions. This includes cases of illness, injury, or personal scheduling conflicts. To request a refund, please contact the registrar at (registrar@rogersyouthfootball.org) with the following information: • Participant’s name • Reason for cancellation • Date of cancellation request Refund requests will be reviewed and processed accordingly. Refunds will be processed within [7-14] business days following approval. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for registration unless otherwise specified. In the unlikely event that the camp is canceled by the organization due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund, including any processing fees.
