High School Skills Camp
High School Skill Development – Powered by TNT Academy
TNT Academy is partnering with Rogers Youth Football Association to offer a focused High School Skill Development Program designed to prepare athletes for the speed, detail, and intensity of high school football.
This program is built for serious development — emphasizing technique, football IQ, and competitive execution.
Who This Is For
Current 9th–11th Graders
The High School Skill Development program is designed specifically for returning high school athletes. These players will benefit most from the extended training structure:
- 6 total sessions
- 2 hours per session
- High-rep, position-focused instruction
- Game-speed competitive work
This format allows for deeper technical refinement and more advanced situational teaching than a standard camp setting.
Program Focus
This is not a general football camp. Training is structured to help athletes sharpen the details that separate average from varsity-level performance.
On-Field Development Includes:
- Skill and semi-skill position work (excluding quarterbacks)
- Position-specific indy technique refinement
- Alignment, leverage, and assignment discipline
- Functional drills tied to real football situations
- Game-speed movement and execution
The emphasis is on building athletes who can process faster, play cleaner, and compete with confidence.
Competitive Environment
Each session incorporates controlled competition, including:
- 1v1 and small-group matchups
- Situational decision-making scenarios
- Game-speed execution under pressure
Athletes will be challenged physically and mentally in a structured, high-energy environment.
Why the 2-Hour Format Matters
The extended two-hour sessions allow for:
- More reps per athlete
- Slower, detailed teaching when needed
- Faster tempo competitive periods
- True skill progression across all six sessions
This structure creates meaningful development — not just exposure.
Long-Term Athlete Development
The objective is simple:
- Enter the season more technically sound
- Compete with greater confidence
- Practice at a higher tempo
- Reduce in-season technical regression
By investing in detailed offseason development, athletes give themselves a measurable advantage heading into high school competition.
Train with purpose. Develop with consistency. Compete with confidence.
