RYFA CAMPS/CLINICS

 

RYFA Spring Lineman camp

April 8th-April 29th, 2023

Camp is for the 2023-24, 5th-8th grade RYFA linemen. Camp will concentrate on strength, speed, and linemen skills. Location at Elk River's Furniture & Things Fieldhouse.

 

 

ryfa summer skills position camp

Thursdays, July 13th-August 3rd

During the summer of 2023, RYFA will be partnering with Showtime Performance Training to host a skill position camp. The camp will provide strength, speed, and skill development for   2023-24 grades 6th-8th skill position players.

  • Concentrating on RB, WR, TE, LB, DB positions.
  • Camp includes two hours per day of instruction
  • Registration closes June 18th
  • 8:30-10:30am

ROGERS HIGH SCHOOL CAMPS/CLINICS

 

Rogers Football intro speed & strength | grades 6-8

June 12-June 29, 2023 - Rogers High School

Shape up with this 4-week course designed for football players entering 6th, 7th or 8th grade in the fall. Participants will spend 45 minutes in the weight room with the emphasis of proper lifting techniques and 45 minutes working on speed, agility and football skills.

Rogers Football - Introduction to 7-on-7 Passing | grades 6-8

July 31st-August 2nd, 2023 - RHS Field #1 

This camp is for students entering grades 6-8 in the fall of 2023.

This is a no-pads and no-contact three-day introduction to 7-on-7 passing competition. All participants (including lineman) will practice passing, catching and running with the ball, commonly done in 7-on-7 passing games/leagues.

Rogers Youth Camp: Grades 1-6

July 31st-August 2nd, 2023

Are you ready for some football? This is a no-pad and no-contact three day football camp focusing on the fundamentals. You will start with the basics for a variety of position-specific skills that include passing, catching, punting and kicking.
