Summer Speed and Strength

This program is designed for all football players entering grades 7 & 8 next year at Rogers Middle School. The Rogers High School coaching staff will be working with the players on a daily basis to teach the fundamentals of football through their running and lifting workouts.
The goals of the program are two part:
1) To introduce the players to a safe and productive weight-lifting program. (1 hour in the weight room)
2) To develop individual players speed and quickness as it relates to the game of football. (1 hour outside on the track/practice field)
Workout Times:
Monday – Thursday, 10:00 am-12:00 noon
June 14 – July 22 except July 1-8 (MSHSL blackout period)
Rogers High School Weight Room, Practice Fields & Track
Bring both football cleats & tennis shoes every day.
Fee: $80 (Walk-up registrations $85)
